Creative™ is a young, steadily growing finance brokerage working out of our new, modern and spacious office based in the Manor Royal Business Community in Crawley, serving mainland UK. We have an opening for an outgoing, gregarious telesales representative involved in developing our potential client base in support of the sales team, and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. This position would most suit an enthusiastic person with established resilience who is looking to start or further their early stage career in a busy office environment. The successful applicant will be driven, ambitious, with excellent communication skills. They will be highly motivated by successful results in a sales environment.

We are looking for someone who is going to love introducing the plethora of market leading financial products that we have to small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK, with the aim of setting up an appointment for one of our Account Managers to close. A comprehensive database and time management system will be provided as will full initial and ongoing training. Due to the heavily regulated nature of the business space we operate in, the successful candidate will be expected to show a keen sense of responsibility and be able to work within the limits of the policies and procedures developed by the company. We work in a strictly ethical manner.

The office environment can be very busy and evolve dynamically during the day, so a sense of humour and an indomitable attitude will be an advantage. Base working hours are 8:45am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday. The remuneration for this position is a basic salary of between £16-£20k per annum, depending on experience, with realistic, uncapped OTE earnings of £40K-£50k per annum, and 28 days holiday entitlement (inc. bank holidays) after the successful completion of a six month probationary period. After 12 months of employment you will be able to join the company private healthcare scheme. A workplace pension is also provided.

  • Good IT and communication skills essential – use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage
